Digestive enzymes are important because they enable us to break down proteins, carbohydrates and fats into their raw components in order to make the nutrients available for absorption and utilisation.
Each person has a finite reserve of enzymes, which can be in short supply during times of stress, illness or as we get older. Over time, poor digestion can lead to nutrients malnutrition and a range of ailments.

Turmeric (providing 20mg Curcumin) – 420mg
Betaine Hydrochloride – 145mg
Lipase – 66mg
Alfalfa – 50mg
Amylase – 45mg
Apple Cider Vinegar – 30mg
Caraway Seed – 20mg
Chamomile – 20mg
Fennel Seed (Foeniculum Vulgare) – 20mg
Ginger Root (Zingiberis rhizoma) – 20mg
Peppermint Leaf – 20mg
Protease – 16mg
Bromelain (providing 6GDU) – 5mg
Papain – 0.15mg

Directions
Take 1 or 2 capsules with each main meal or as advised by a health professional.
If taken alone (i.e. rather than in combination with other digestive supplements), start off on a higher intake of 2 – 3 capsules before breakfast, lunch and the evening meal for 3 – 4 weeks. Thereafter, reduce to 1 – 2 capsules, 2 – 3 times per day or as required.
Warning:
Do not take it if peptic ulcers are present.
